Our department Education and Employment Promotion is looking for a

Business Support Employee (m/f) with focus on staff recruitment

to start as soon as possible in our headquarters in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main).

Getting in contact with others and winning them for your aims is easy for you? Setbacks do not discourage you and you have the necessary “fighting spirit"? You are looking for an opportunity to apply your recruitment experience in an international working environment? Then you are right with us!

Your tasks:

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals for technical assistance projects and the implementation of awarded projects mainly through the selection and recruitment of personnel for our project teams
  • Search in internal and external databases, through social media and in your personal content-related networks to identify most suitable candidates for expert positions
  • Contact potential candidates, obtain references
  • Prepare qualification tables and produce shortlists of candidates
  • (Pre-) Selection of the most suitable candidates together with the project manager in charge
  • Collect the necessary documents (CV, statements, etc.)
  • Negotiate fees/contracts with the candidates
  • Help us with actively expanding our expert network
  • Do background researches regarding countries, institutions, potential cooperation partners and organizations

Your qualifications:

  • A university degree (bachelor or master) in social sciences (or other relevant fields)
  • Working experience in staff recruitment; recruiting experience in an international working environment would be considered an asset
  • Experience and a strong interest in working with social media such as LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
  • First experience in the maintenance and use of databases
  • Experience in the field of International Cooperation would be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Full proficiency in English and Spanish. German and French language skills would be considered an asset
