We are looking for a

French-speaking Recruitment Specialist (m/f/d)

to start as soon as possible in our Governance and Economic Development department in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt am Main).

For the successful implementation of programmes and projects in development cooperation, we, the Department of Governance and Economic Development, are looking for a full-time recruiter – 40 hours per week - to support us in French-speaking countries.

Your tasks:

  • Implementation of international market research to identify suitable experts for our projects and programmes in French-speaking African countries
  • Implementation of the complete recruitment process: analysis of required candidates profiles, active sourcing, management of applicants, assessment and evaluation of candidates CVs, fee-negotiations with candidates, improvement of the CV’s presentation
  • Guiding interviews, mostly over the phone/ skype with experts and preparing candidates for interviews with our clients
  • Selection of candidates together with our Consultants
  • Communication, establishing and maintaining contact with selected candidates and building up an expert network in French-speaking African countries
  • Maintain and grow our internal expert database
Qualifications: 

Your qualifications:

  • A university degree (bachelor or masters) in human resources, social sciences or economics, or an equivalent of at least three years of experience with human resources
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a service-oriented environment
  • Recruiting experience in an international working environment – preferably with active sourcing – are an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and good skills in English (German language skills are an asset)
  • Experience in working with social media such as LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
  • Capacity for teamwork and dealing with different personalities
  • Ability to keep track of tasks under a high workload and to meet deadlines
  • Experience in the field of International Cooperation is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
