Task description:

- Forming teams of three people per suco, the co-facilitators support the lead facilitators in the entire land-use planning process as needed.

Qualifications:

- Education/training (2.7.1): All experts with bachelor’s degree in any relevant subject (e.g. forestry, agriculture, political science, economics, law)

- Language (2.7.2): All experts with Tetum (mother tongue); 1 expert with Makasae (mother tongue); 1 expert with Fataluku (mother tongue); 1 expert with Naueti (mother tongue)

- General professional experience (2.7.3): All experts with 3 years in the relevant sectors (e. g. forestry, agriculture, political science, economics, law)

- Specific professional experience (2.7.4): All experts with 3 years of experience in working with rural communities in a development context

- Regional experience (2.7.5): None

- Development Cooperation (DC) experience (2.7.6): None

- Other (2.7.7): None
