Multiple Framework Contracts in Cascade for Support Services to Manage Expert Groups in the field of Health 2023-2023
Task description:

This call for tender aims to acquire managerial, administrative, technical, scientific, and dissemination services to enable health expert groups to discuss policies, practices, and actions to tackle major health challenges at the EU level. The tasks are divided into the following:

  • Tasks related to the organisation of an expert group (including their subgroups or workshops) or stakeholder meetings in Luxembourg or Brussels;
  • Tasks related to coordination and scientific support to the expert group;
  • Tasks related to general support services to the expert group.

     
Qualifications:
  • A relevant university degree (related to communication)
  • At least 3 years of experience in dissemination and communication at the EU level in the area of public health including the preparation of the relevant documents (e.g. announcements, flash infos, social media messages, etc)

     
Other information:

Language skills:

English - C2 (must be an English native speaker or have full working proficiency as attested by a language certificate C2 level under CEFR or equivalent)
