• General professional experience: All experts with 5 years of professional experience in providing business consulting services.
• Specific professional experience:

          - Expert 1 - 5 years exp in SME business consulting in IT.

          - Expert 2 - 5 years exp in SME business consulting in Sales or Marketing.

          - Expert 3 - 5 years exp in SME business consulting in Process Management.

          - Expert 4 - 5 years exp in SME business consulting in Procurement.

          - Expert 5 - 5 years exp in SME business consulting in Human Resources.

          - Expert 6 - 5 years exp in advising SMEs in environmental management.

          - Expert 7 - 5 years exp in advising SMEs in environmental certification                                                  processes according to internationally recognized standards.

          - Expert 8 - 5 years exp advising SMEs in energy & resource managment

          - Expert 9 - Energy and resource management including relevant                                                             implementation planning.

          - Expert 10 - 5 years exp in business consulting on corporate social                                                           responsibility.
