| Task description: |
- Representation of the team leader in the organization of the team tasks and in particular steering of the national advisory team to support the cooperation schools - Quality assurance of the contributions of the national advisory team - Communication with Ministry of Education, as well as subordinate institutions (NQA, AVETAE, Local Education Authorities MEDs) and schools - Representation of the team leader in project-internal regular meetings - Regular contributions to the project internal M&E - Identification of the consulting and support needs of schools and companies for the implementation of cooperative vocational training - Identification of qualification needs of teachers - Support in the development of policy recommendations for the institutional anchoring of labor market oriented educational approaches - Qualification of school management personnel with employees of municipal and national education administrations |

| Qualifications: |
- Education (2.2.1): university degree (master's degree) in Vocational Pedagogy, Pedagogy, Economics, Engineering or Social Sciences; - Language (2.2.2): language skills in Albanian, C2 of the Common European Framework of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, English, C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages; - General professional experience (2.2.3): 10 years of professional experience in the vocational education sector in Kosovo; - Specific professional experience (2.2.4): 5 years of professional experience with approaches to cooperative vocational training models in collaboration between public vocational schools and the private sector; - Leadership experience/management (2.2.5): 3 years of leadership experience as a team leader in development cooperation projects or executive leadership in business; - DC experience (2.2.6): 5 years of experience in DC projects; |
