Task description:
  • Support the development of at least 6 digital solutions / approaches to strengthen the digital skills of ASSEK, its ESO members and their start-up and SME communities
  • Ensure the local anchorage of the development solutions and approaches within the digital innovation ecosystem
  • Pilot the developed digital solutions / approaches for the strengthening of digital skills in close cooperation with ASSEK (members)
  • Report towards team lead with regards to the achievement of the milestones responsible for
Qualifications:
  • Education/training: Master’s degree or a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of 5 years in the field of (digital education), social sciences
  • Languages: English C2 (5 out of 10 Points), and Swahili C2 (5 out of 10 Points).
  • General professional experience: 8 years of professional experience in the field of digital skills development
  • Specific professional experience: 6 years of professional experience in digital skills provision to youth, women as well as entrepreneurs
  • Development cooperation (DC) experience: 1 years of experience working on DC projects
