GOPA Worldwide Consultants is pleased to announce the successful launch of the new “Short-term expert pool for Public IT Consulting for GIZ in Senegal” project – a pivotal initiative supporting all GIZ digitalisation activities across the country.

A three-day kick-off workshop in Dakar gathered all stakeholders and our Consortium partners Luvent Consulting and Chemonics International in the premises of  GIZ Senegal. For the next two years we will support all GIZ digitalisation activities in the country. This is great honour and responsibility as digitalisation is crucial for all GIZ and Senegalese priorities in the coming years.

The key objective of this contract is to provide GIZ Senegal with a standing team of technical advisory and with a flexible pool of experts in the field of digital transformation. The requested services are separated into two parts:

I. A standing project management and technical advisory

II. The technical experts and four flexible pools of experts, senior and with regional expertise

The TA is focused on the following Work Packages:

• Work package 1: Project Management Office – ensuring the overall project management of the digital transformation consultancy
• Work package 2: Expert advice on digital transformation governance, including policies, strategies and legal frameworks
• Work package 3: Expert advice on Public IT Consulting and Management (based on the GovStack Toolbox)
• Work package 4: Expert advice on Digital Competencies and Digital Inclusion
